Job summary

CoorsTek, Inc. is seeking an AI Deployment Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support AI-enabled production software solutions across our advanced ceramics operations. This hands-on role requires building secure, scalable applications, integrating APIs, and collaborating with IT, operations, and engineering teams.

You will own the full development lifecycle from requirements to production support, applying best practices and governance to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent professional software development experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI-enabled production applications.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into technical designs.
• Provide hands-on guidance during prototyping, testing, and deployment.
• Manage solution delivery from discovery to early-life support.
• Write clean, secure, and documented code with version control and testing.
• Translate business needs into scalable production applications.
• Build components across frontend, service tier, APIs, and data layer.
• Diagnose defects and harden solutions for enterprise use.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness and security.
• Establish reusable deployment patterns and templates.
• Partner with IT security and architecture to meet enterprise standards.
• Support citizen developers moving solutions to production.
