Zusammenfassung

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate validated AI solutions into customer deployments. You will work directly with customers to implement workflows, integrate enterprise APIs, and demonstrate achievement of technical acceptance criteria.

You will adapt reusable components, configure environments, instrument systems, and diagnose issues across integrations and model workloads.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering customer-facing software or AI implementations from requirements through deployment and handover.
• Experience in Python or TypeScript and integrating enterprise APIs, authentication, data sources, and business workflows
• Experience developing or adapting agent workflows, model integrations, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool connections
• Experience deploying applications in cloud or enterprise environments and configuring access, secrets, and application security controls
• Experience building customer-specific test and evaluation suites and validating results against agreed quality and performance thresholds
• Ability to implement end-to-end instrumentation and use traces, logs, and metrics to troubleshoot behavior, integrations, latency, and cost
• Ability to prepare deployment and rollback procedures, runbooks, solution inventories, and technical knowledge-transfer materials
• Ability to manage implementation dependencies, communicate limitations, and obtain explicit acceptance of deliverables
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor's degree

Aufgaben

• Turn validated AI solutions into working customer deployments.
• Adapt reusable agent components, configure customer environments, and diagnose integration issues.
• Establish customer evaluation baselines, coordinate readiness reviews, and prepare deployment, rollback, and enablement materials.
• Provide handover to designated operational owners and Customer Success, and return reusable improvements to engineering.
