Job summary

CoorsTek, Inc. seeks an AI Deployment Engineer (Enterprise Applications) to design, build and scale AI-enabled solutions across operations, engineering, quality, and IT at our Golden, CO HQ.

You will develop and maintain internal apps, replace or integrate SaaS tools, and ensure secure, governance-compliant deployment patterns while partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into production-ready systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT, automation, AI enablement, or related field.
• 2+ years building AI-enabled solutions in enterprise settings.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI/automation solutions.
• Collaborate with plant sites to translate use cases into scalable solutions.
• Support citizen development within approved patterns.
• Ensure security, governance, and deployment readiness.
• Create reusable deployment patterns and templates.
• Monitor integrations across enterprise apps.
• Provide guidance on prompt design and responsible AI use.
