Qualifications

• 3+ years of information technology, automation, software delivery, or related experience.
• 2+ years building or deploying AI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate them into practical tech solutions.
• Preferred certifications in Microsoft, Azure, AI, cloud, Databricks, automation, or application development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support AI, automation, and enterprise-platform solutions.
• Develop prototypes, pilots, and production-ready solutions following governance requirements.
• Partner with business groups, functional teams, and plant sites to translate workflows into scalable solutions.
• Provide guidance on design, testing, security, supportability, and deployment expectations.
• Support citizen development by promoting approved patterns and reusable enterprise models.
