Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Engineering and Solutions to lead client workstreams and teams delivering enterprise AI, data and cloud-enabled solutions across Technology sector clients. You will bridge business goals with architecture and engineering decisions, ensuring high-quality delivery and scalable asset development.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in technology consulting and a strong background in AI, data platforms, cloud architecture, and program management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting, AI engineering, data platforms, enterprise architecture, digital engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing teams or major workstreams within enterprise-scale AI, data, cloud, or engineering initiatives.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, data engineering, MLOps, model deployment, responsible AI, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams within AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering programs from assessment and design through implementation and adoption.
• Translate client objectives into requirements, target-state designs, delivery roadmaps, governance structures, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, product teams, risk professionals, and client stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and executive-ready reporting.
• Support solution shaping, proposals, estimates, client presentations, and the development of reusable assets and accelerators.
• Coach team members and foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing environment.
