Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Engineering and Solutions to lead client workstreams delivering enterprise AI, data, digital engineering, and cloud-enabled solutions for Technology sector clients. You will connect business needs with architecture and engineering decisions, oversee high-quality delivery, and contribute to solution development and growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting, AI engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading teams or major workstreams in enterprise AI, data, cloud, or engineering initiatives.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, ML, MLOps, governance, and responsible AI.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours based on client needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering programs from design through adoption.
• Translate client objectives into requirements, target-state designs, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, product teams, risk professionals, and stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and executive-ready reporting.
• Support solution shaping, proposals, estimates, client presentations, and the development of reusable assets and accelerators.
• Coach team members and foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing environment.
