Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Engineering and Solutions to lead client workstreams delivering enterprise AI, data and cloud-enabled solutions for Technology sector clients. You will translate objectives into designs and oversee delivery.

You will coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders, manage scope and budgets, contribute to proposals and client presentations, and coach teams in a diverse, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology consulting, AI engineering, data platforms, or related fields.
• Experience managing teams or major workstreams in enterprise AI, data, cloud, or engineering initiatives.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, ML, data engineering, MLOps, model deployment, governance.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and data platforms across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Experience taking generative AI/RAG/agentic systems from prototype to production.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience contributing to proposals, solution development, and client presentations.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on client/project needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering workstreams from assessment to adoption.
• Translate objectives into requirements, target-state designs, delivery roadmaps, governance structures, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, product teams, risk professionals, and client stakeholders across the lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and executive-ready reporting.
• Support solution shaping, proposals, estimates, client presentations, and reusable assets and accelerators.
• Coach team members and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.
