Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies LLC in Austin, TX seeks an AI Technical Project Manager with 13+ years to lead end-to-end AI/enterprise technology initiatives. You will coordinate AI model development, data integration, API work, testing, deployment, and production rollout while ensuring alignment with business goals and standards.

You will manage cross-functional teams across AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps, applying Agile/Waterfall methods and robust governance.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within enterprise technology or AI-driven programs.
• Proven experience managing AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, or intelligent automation projects.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML project lifecycles, including data preparation, model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, or Machine Learning platforms.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience managing technical teams comprising AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps professionals.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, API integrations, and enterprise application architecture.
• Excellent reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and enterprise technology projects from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate AI model development, data integration, API development, testing, deployment, and production rollout activities.
• Ensure AI solutions align with business requirements, technical standards, and organizational objectives.
