Deluxe Corporation is seeking an experienced AI Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end AI/ML and enterprise technology initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams across AI engineers, data scientists, software engineers, architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

The role requires deep knowledge of AI lifecycles, Agile/Waterfall, and strong stakeholder management, with distributed teams and external vendors.

Formación

• 13+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML project lifecycles.
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, or ML platforms.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience leading AI/ML teams across engineering, data science, software, and DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience with distributed teams, vendors, and partners.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, API integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML and enterprise technology projects.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate model development, data integration, API development, testing, deployment.
• Ensure AI solutions align with business requirements and standards.
• Maintain project governance, risks, and RAID logs.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and manage multiple projects.
