Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking an experienced AI Technical Project Manager to drive AI/ML initiatives across the enterprise. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end delivery from initiation through deployment.

The role requires 13+ years of technical project management, strong knowledge of AI lifecycles, and proficiency with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall. You will coordinate with AI engineers, data scientists, software engineers, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

13+ years of experience managing complex AI/ML and enterprise technology projects.
Deep knowledge of AI/ML lifecycles: data prep, model dev, testing, deployment, monitoring.
Hands-on with AI tech: Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or ML platforms.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Experience leading AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams.
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI/ML and enterprise tech projects from initiation to delivery.
Define scope, outcomes, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with AI engineers, data scientists, developers, architects, business stakeholders.
Oversee data integration, API development, testing, deployment, and rollout.
Ensure solutions align with business goals and security standards.
