Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience managing technical projects in enterprise technology or AI programs.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or ML platforms.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers and DevOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and enterprise technology projects from initiation through implementation.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Oversee data integration, API development, testing, deployment, and production rollout.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements, standards, and governance.
