Job summary

CONECTIV is seeking an experienced AI Manager to lead the delivery of AI and automation initiatives across the organization from Memphis, TN. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to define, deliver, and scale AI-driven solutions that achieve measurable business outcomes.

You will design scalable solutions using AI tools and ML models, lead a team of AI Analysts, and ensure performance, governance, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Program Management.
• Experience with AI, data analytics, or automation solutions.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from concept through deployment and scaling.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria for projects and POCs.
• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Directly manage 3-5 AI Analysts ensuring alignment with goals and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, data/AI engineers, and vendors.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure active business participation and governance of POCs and production handoff.
• Provide regular status updates and drive KPI and ROI tracking for AI initiatives.
