Job summary

Mativ is seeking an AI Delivery Leader in Alpharetta, GA to own end-to-end enterprise AI initiatives, coordinating with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and data scientists to prioritize use cases and ensure governance compliance.

The role requires strategic delivery oversight of AI, analytics, Copilot capabilities, and automation, with a focus on scalable, secure, and measurable business value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading technology, data, analytics, digital transformation, automation, or AI initiatives.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams and complex programs.
• Proven AI/delivery track record delivering measurable business value.
• Strong program, portfolio, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Copilot/Azure Databricks/Google Gemini.
• Ability to define scope, estimate work, and coordinate AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI, automation, Copilot-enabled initiatives from ideation to deployment.
• Establish and manage AI delivery roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across stakeholders, internal teams, and partners.
