Littelfuse is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of AI Delivery to lead enterprise-wide AI initiatives from Chicago, IL. You will partner with executive leadership to translate business goals into scalable AI-enabled solutions across Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, IT, and Engineering.

In this role, you will drive measurable ROI, establish governance, manage change, and build a high-performing AI portfolio with the AI Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.
• Proven experience deploying enterprise AI solutions with measurable business results.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI implementation.
• Familiarity with Azure AI technologies and enterprise systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI deployment initiatives across multiple functions.
• Drive strategic AI projects from concept through production deployment with ROI.
• Partner with executive leadership to align AI investments with business objectives.
• Collaborate with AI Center of Excellence on architecture and strategy.

• Lead process redesign to optimize workflows before automation.
• Establish performance metrics and governance for AI adoption and value.
