Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a Delivery Enablement Lead within the Global Technology organization to drive successful AI initiative delivery across multiple teams and value streams. This role partners with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and senior stakeholders to ensure strategic AI projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining governance and continuous improvement.

The role operates at a Value Stream level, acting as a servant leader to remove blockers and enable momentum,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI Platform & Tooling Strategy and Governance for model integration layers, and developer tooling.
• Demonstrable experience delivering AI transformation programmes in complex organisations.
• Experience supporting executive governance and preparing senior leaders for strategic meetings.
• Proven ability to deputise for senior leaders and represent organisational priorities with credibility.
• Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and facilitating executive decision-making.
• Experience managing cross-functional programmes involving Technology, Data, Security and Business teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of strategic AI initiatives and monitor milestones, dependencies, risks and outcomes.
• Support operational readiness and successful adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
• Facilitate decision-making sessions with senior leaders and prepare options papers.
• Build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups to align priorities and drive execution.
• Escalate delivery or governance issues and drive timely resolution.
