Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a Delivery Enablement Lead within the Global Technology organization. You will drive successful delivery across multiple teams and domains, partnering with Product Managers and Scrum Masters to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively while maintaining governance and continuous improvement.

You will lead planning, execution, and governance activities, coaching leaders and teams in Agile principles, and building strong stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in investment management or asset management settings.
• Strong stakeholder communication with demanding stakeholders.
• Proven leadership in Agile environments (Release Train Engineer, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master).
• Deep understanding of SAFe and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional delivery initiatives.
• Experience operating in complex, matrixed organisations.
• Experience managing distributed global teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of dependency management, risk governance and reporting.
• Experience with Agile tooling including Jira and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate Quarterly Planning for assigned Value Streams.
• Support roadmaps, release planning, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery across products and Value Streams.
• Monitor progress against delivery commitments.
• Escalate issues and drive timely resolution.
• Represent Value Stream in governance and exec meetings; deputise for the Lead.
• Build relationships across Technology and Business; influence decision-making.
• Maintain visibility of cross-team dependencies and blockers.
