CTG is seeking an entry‑level Digital Enablement Analyst to support a technical organization with digital tools, data quality, reporting, process improvement, and practical AI applications. The role involves building and maintaining internal tools, cleaning data, and supporting dashboards and reporting workflows.

The ideal candidate is data‑oriented, technically curious, detail‑focused, and eager to learn new tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years relevant experience if no degree.
• Strong technical skills working with datasets and dashboards.
• Exposure to AI tools or technologies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain digital tools, dashboards, and project‑related data.
• Prepare, clean, organize, and validate data for reporting, analytics, and AI tools.
• Support process improvements to reduce manual work for project and technical leaders.
• Assist with testing, rollout, troubleshooting, and maintenance of reporting features.
• Support in‑house applications and BI reporting, including data upkeep and deployment.
