Job summary

Strategic Innovation Group (SIG) seeks a Technology & AI Analyst to build a broad technical foundation while contributing to meaningful work from day one. You will gain hands-on exposure to software development, AI, automation, cloud engineering, requirements analysis, and digital transformation.

In this role you will work with senior engineers and clients to move technology initiatives from business need to requirements, development, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain government clearance/suitability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute hands-on development, automation, integrations, and light app development for SIG AI Lab.
• Support AI Lab initiatives across internal automation and client enablement.
• Assist cloud engineering efforts (AWS/Azure) and migration documentation.
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
