Visium SA is seeking an Associate Partner to advise C-level executives on AI and Data strategies and to guide large-scale digital transformations across Life Sciences and Healthcare clients.

You will expand client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and shape delivery with strategic insights and innovative recommendations. The role offers an entrepreneurial path and direct impact on client outcomes and company growth.

Qualifications

• Data science background with applications in Life Sciences & Healthcare.
• Proven track record developing client relationships and opportunities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic projects.
• Strong communication skills in English (French/German a plus).

Responsibilities

• Advise C-level executives on AI & Data strategies and guide large-scale digital transformations.
• Act as trusted advisor and nurture long-term client relationships while ensuring high delivery quality.
• Create new business opportunities and expand existing engagements with Life Sciences clients.
• Lead engagement teams to develop insights, actionable recommendations, and high-quality deliverables.
• Play an active role in practice development and growth initiatives.
