TWG Global AI in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an Associate AI Data Strategist to own the data strategy for a TWG business unit, uniting business leadership, AI product managers, and data engineers to power AI use cases and agentic workflows.

This high-ownership, cross-functional role drives data readiness, governance, ontology design, and knowledge-base creation to support enterprise AI initiatives and agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data management, data architecture, or data strategy.
• Deep domain knowledge in financial services.
• Proven track record leading data strategy enabling AI/ML in production.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, integration, ontology, embeddings, and knowledge bases for agentic AI.
• Experience evaluating data quality, completeness, and readiness for analytics and AI.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and leadership.
• Excellent communication translating data concepts to business language.

Responsabilités

• Own data strategy for an assigned business unit with end-to-end data readiness.
• Engage with business leaders and AI product managers to understand AI use cases and data needs.
• Conduct data readiness assessments evaluating data quality and accessibility.
• Partner with data engineers to land, transform, and ontology-align data for AI use cases.
• Drive creation of knowledge bases enabling agentic access to data across the business.
• Define data roadmaps and integration priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Establish data governance and best practices for AI/ML and agentic workflows.
• Champion responsible and ethical data practices across all AI programs.
• Communicate data strategy and progress to executives and technical teams.
