Job summary

TWG Group Holdings, LLC, doing business as TWG Global, seeks a Staff Data Scientist (VP) to design and deploy production AI systems powering operations, sales, and marketing for its diversified portfolio. You will work directly with executive leadership, framing problems, building end-to-end AI products, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and collaborate with researchers and domain experts to scale AI investments across multiple business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and deploying ML/datascience systems in production.
• Proven track record leading AI/ML projects from ideation to production with business stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience building production LLM applications: prompt engineering, orchestration, RAG, and evaluation pipelines.
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling, experimentation design, causal inference, and optimization.
• Experience turning business-generated data into decisions alongside data owners.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML tools with cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to present to senior stakeholders.
• Master's/PhD preferred in CS/ML/Statistics/OR.

Responsibilities

• Frame questions with operating teams and ship models, systems, and apps into daily workflows.
• Build predictive models, experimentation frameworks, and optimization systems for marketing, sales, and operations.
• Develop production LLM applications end-to-end, including structured extraction and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Prototype and evaluate emerging AI techniques and tools through hands-on work and benchmarking.
• Translate experimental models into production-ready systems with latency and cost considerations.
• Partner with engineers to set standards for AI systems, evaluation, and maintenance.
• Manage client engagements end-to-end and mentor engineers and data scientists.
