Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong academic record with a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of work experience, or an MBA with relevant experience.
• Significant management consulting experience across strategy, operations, transactions, or transformation engagements.
• Structured problem-solving and analytical skills, including market assessment and financial modeling.
• Experience scoping and delivering client engagements end to end with high-quality deliverables.
• Comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data and cross-functional collaboration.
• Genuine interest in AI and translating consulting workflows into AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for AI solutions across strategy, operations, and advisory teams.
• Build relationships with practitioners to gather requirements and feedback for product improvements.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through launch for real-world adoption.
• Integrate AI technologies (knowledge intelligence, automation, forecasting, anomaly detection, generative docs) into the product suite.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, design, and business development to meet client needs.
• Define and track success metrics tied to user engagement and business outcomes.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, handling client data privacy and compliance.
• Manage budgets and timelines to deliver measurable ROI.
