Job summary

Huntington National Bank’s AI Center of Excellence seeks a Data Scientist to apply ML, NLP, and AI methods for design, development, and deployment of models delivering business value. You will collaborate with product owners, data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders across the AI lifecycle in both on‑prem and AWS environments.

Required are a Master’s or Bachelor’s in a relevant field with experience, strong Python/SQL skills, and an interest in cloud AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 1+ years' experience or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R, SQL familiarity, and modern data science tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and stakeholders across the AI lifecycle.
• Lead model development, testing, and production deployment in on‑prem and AWS environments.
• Apply analytical techniques to improve processes and develop reusable tools and assets.
• Stay abreast of emerging ML and cloud AI technologies and contribute ideas for business impact.
