Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Data Science Supervisor to oversee the Run phase of Agentic AI and LLM workflows, ensuring availability, security, and accuracy of production engines and pipelines. You will lead a team, coordinate with offshore/onshore partners, and manage enterprise data connections.

The role requires hands‑on technical work, deep AI and data science expertise, and strong program management skills to optimize financial solutions and ensure compliance with security guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of AI & data science experience with 2–3 years of people management.
• Degree in engineering, math, econ or analytics from a top school.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing operations, maintenance, and performance of production AI engines and data pipelines.
• Ensure secure, reliable connections to enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Postgres).
• Establish best practices for Agent Observation, Evaluation and prompt maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to align with business needs and security standards.
• Provide techno‑functional leadership and drive process improvements.
• Mentor and manage data science operations team; prioritize reports and initiatives.
• Hands‑on collaboration with partners to develop and operationalize data science solutions.
• Leverage various data sources to build analytics solutions.
