Job summary

Your Personal AI AS is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage data acquisition infrastructure supporting AI model development. This contract role requires exceptional operational acumen and the ability to scale complex workflows.

You will oversee multiple data programs (speech, visual, textual, and audio), drive scalable frameworks, and ensure quality above 95% while complying with governance and regulatory requirements. Remote contract role with European time‑zone flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of operational management experience in data-intensive environments (crowdsourcing platforms, research operations, content moderation, or similar).
• Experience managing distributed contributor networks (100+ simultaneous participants).
• Proven ability to meet aggressive performance targets while maintaining high quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple data acquisition programs across speech, visual, textual, and audio streams.
• Develop scalable operational frameworks to hit volumetric targets with stringent quality thresholds.
• Design contributor engagement strategies for recruitment, onboarding, retention, and task completion.
