AGCO Corporation is seeking an Agricultural Business Analytics Intern to help build an AI-powered Sales Risk & Opportunity Intelligence platform for North America. You will analyze dealer, customer, market, and sales data to identify opportunities and risks for decision-makers.

The internship starts January 2027, is part-time (15–20 hours/week) during the spring term, and provides hands-on experience with dashboards, forecasting, and BI tools in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Agricultural Business, Agricultural Economics, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, dealer, customer, and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Support development of business logic translating data into actionable sales recommendations.
• Assist with forecasting, market share analysis, and performance reporting.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations communicating key insights.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business leaders to address challenges.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Help improve sales planning processes and adoption of sales intelligence tools.
