Job summary

DTCC is seeking an AI Data Security Engineer – Associate Director to lead data protection across GenAI and AI channels, designing policies, detection logic, and enforcement actions to prevent sensitive data exposure.

You will configure AI proxy-type platforms, define rule design, tune policies, and collaborate with Operations to deliver auditable, testable risk controls while aligning with DTCC data governance.

Qualifications

• Min 8 years of relevant experience in data protection, DLP, and security control engineering.
• Familiarity with AI and LLM security risks and controls.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI data protection controls across AI proxy-type platforms.
• Define and implement prompt inspection and output inspection rules; masking/redaction and enforcement actions.
• Maintain governance, change history, and test evidence for AI data protection policies and rules.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve policy precision and reduce false positives.
