Job summary

Tech Jacks Solutions is seeking a Data Governance Manager (AI) to lead data governance programs, ensure data quality and compliance, and oversee governance for AI initiatives across the organization.

You will drive policy updates, manage AI use case registrations, and coordinate with the Chief Data Office and IT governance teams to ensure robust data stewardship and audit readiness in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• Data Governance Frameworks: knowledge of governance structures and DMBOK concepts.
• Data Quality Management: ability to monitor, assess, and improve data quality across domains.
• AI Training Data Governance: oversight of data provenance, labeling, and bias considerations in AI training.
• Regulatory Compliance: familiarity with GDPR/CPRA/AI Act-like requirements and audit readiness.
• Stakeholder Communication: effectively coordinate with data stewards, IT, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality Monitoring: review dashboards and triage issues.
• Governance Policy Updates: update standards for new AI use cases and regulators.
• AI Use Case Registration: assess compliance risk and data provenance for submissions.
• Data governance program management across organizational units.
• Report on governance metrics and risk to leadership.
