• Coordinate communication between program leads, research teams, and domain experts.
• Translate leadership requirements into clear guidelines for expert teams.
• Support onboarding and ongoing engagement of new domain experts as projects scale.
• Participate in weekly reviews, maintain notes, track actions, and facilitate calls.
• Monitor project quality, identify issues, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Assist teams in developing and refining project processes and guidelines.
• Identify risks and dependencies, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and metrics using Google Sheets and Excel.
