Job summary

Eaton is seeking an AI & Data Product Owner to maximize the value of its AI and Data Platform products. You will create and prioritize roadmaps, manage the backlog, and coordinate with Snowflake, Dataiku, Coalesce, Palantir Foundry, and data ingestion services.

You will work with executives, architects, analysts, and platform consumers to drive deliverables aligned with strategic goals, manage funding, and balance new features with platform health and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience leading technology programs as PM/PO/architect/BRM on data platforms or analytics.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI & data platforms and data ingestion services.
• Own product backlog, manage user stories, and decompose epics into features.
• Plan, manage and track product demand including platform consumption and licensing costs.
• Develop personas and customer journeys for stakeholders such as data engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
• Define business outcomes and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Communicate goals for enhancements and releases; set sprint objectives.
• Support onboarding of data sources, domains, and platform tenants.
• Support product governance: data quality, privacy, cybersecurity, access management, and usage.
• Build expertise in AI & data platforms, data engineering, and analytics enablement.
• Support product processes (release schedule) and Lean/Agile/DevSecOps workflows.
• Manage technical and operational debt; align roadmaps.
• Promote a Secure Product Development Lifecycle across the engineering lifecycle.
