Pitney Bowes Inc is seeking a technical product leader to own AI product backlogs and delivery cadence. You will work with engineering, product, security, and business teams to define outcomes, translate strategy into executable work, and ensure responsible, scalable AI capabilities.

The role emphasizes governance, observability, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful AI solutions at pace.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in technical product ownership, technical program management, or similar software leadership role.
• Experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog in an Agile environment.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or LLM-powered capabilities into production environments.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage backlog and delivery cadence for one or more AI product teams.
• Define outcomes, priorities, and delivery plans with stakeholders.
• Translate strategic objectives into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Define success criteria for AI capabilities including evaluation methods and governance.
• Prioritize work across stakeholders balancing business value and technical considerations.
• Maintain visibility into platform capabilities, governance requirements, and tools.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) and monitor delivery health.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to plan integrations and dependencies.
