Job summary

Best Access Doors is seeking an AI & Data Lead to own the development and adoption of AI, data platforms, and analytics across the business. You will build a data foundation, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions that tie to measurable outcomes.

This role blends strategy with hands-on execution: establish governance, partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Technology, and mentor teams while driving responsible AI adoption and value across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI, data, software development, analytics, automation, or related technology fields.
• Experience delivering AI solutions in a business environment, moving beyond prototypes into practical operational use.
• Experience with AI/LLM technologies and architectures.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams and drive adoption across an organization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technology concepts clearly.

Responsibilities
