Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management, data operations, or tech ops roles supporting AI/ml or data-driven product development
• 2+ years with a relevant Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/CE/HCI
• Understanding of AI/ML model development and data requirements across the lifecycle
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with data pipelines, labeling, annotation workflows, or data quality initiatives
• Experience analyzing operational data and communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable data/AI operations solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver product data operations programs supporting AI model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines across multiple product teams
• Partner with research, engineering, and product teams to define data requirements, align on quality standards, and prioritize data collection and annotation efforts
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in labeling, annotation, and curation workflows for high-quality training datasets
• Break down data operations challenges into manageable components and design scalable solutions aligned with AI roadmaps
• Develop and maintain data governance, workflow specifications, risk registers, and milestone tracking for AI data initiatives
• Engage team leaders to align on program direction, surface risks, and drive decisions to unblock data operations
• Track program health metrics (throughput, quality, timelines) and communicate to technical/non-technical audiences
• Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to improve efficiency and share learnings across the team
• Synthesize data operations insights to inform AI product teams and adapt plans to shifting priorities/data availability
