Qualifications

• 6+ years in program management, data operations, or technical operations supporting AI/data-driven products
• 2+ years with a relevant bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Understanding of AI/ML data needs across model lifecycle (training, evaluation, tuning)
• Experience managing cross-functional data pipelines, labeling, annotation workflows
• Experience analyzing operational data and communicating findings to varied leadership
• Experience identifying inefficiencies and scaling data/AI operations

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver product data operations programs across AI model training, evaluation, deployment pipelines
• Partner with research, engineering, and product teams to define data requirements and quality standards
• Identify bottlenecks in labeling/annotation workflows and ensure timely high-quality training data
• Break down data operations challenges into components and design scalable solutions
• Develop and maintain program documentation including governance, workflows, risks, milestones
• Engage stakeholders to align on direction, surface risks, and unblock data operations work
• Track program health metrics such as throughput, quality, and delivery timelines for diverse audiences
• Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to improve efficiency and scale adoption
• Contribute to team goals by turning data ops insights into recommendations for AI product teams
• Adapt plans to shifting AI priorities/regulatory data constraints while focusing on high-impact deliverables
