Job summary

Meta is seeking a Program Manager to lead AI solutions and product data operations programs that support Meta Superintelligence Lab. You will oversee end-to-end data operations across model training pipelines, data quality initiatives, and annotation workflows to ensure teams have high-quality data for AI-driven features.

Collaborate with researchers, engineers, product, and operations to define strategies, resolve dependencies, and translate complex data challenges into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management, data operations, or tech ops roles supporting AI/product data
• 2+ years with a related Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/CE/HCI or a technical field
• Understanding of AI/ML model development and data needs across training/evaluation/fine-tuning
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with data pipelines and labeling
• Experience analyzing operational data and communicating findings to diverse stakeholders
• Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable data/AI ops solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver product data operations programs supporting AI model training and deployment pipelines
• Partner with research, engineering and product teams to define data requirements and prioritize labeling/annotation efforts
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in labeling, annotation, and curation workflows for high-quality datasets
• Break down data operations challenges into components and design scalable solutions
• Develop and maintain program docs including governance, workflows, risks, milestones
• Engage stakeholders to align on direction, surface risks, and unblock work
• Track program health metrics like throughput, quality, and timelines for different audiences
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and share learnings across the team
• Synthesize insights from data ops to recommendations for AI product teams
• Adapt plans to shifting priorities or data constraints, focusing on high-impact deliverables
