Job summary

Meta is seeking a Program Manager to lead AI solutions and product data operations programs supporting Meta Superintelligence Lab. You will oversee end-to-end data operations spanning AI model training pipelines, data quality initiatives, and annotation workflows to ensure product teams have high-quality data for AI-driven features.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management, data operations, or technical operations roles supporting AI/ML or data-driven product development
• or 2+ years with a Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
• Understanding of AI/ML model development and data requirements across the model lifecycle
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with data pipelines and labeling
• Experience analyzing operational data and communicating findings to stakeholders
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data operations programs for AI model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines
• Partner with research, engineering, and product teams to define data requirements and quality standards
• Identify bottlenecks in labeling, annotation, and curation workflows to ensure timely data delivery
• Decompose complex data challenges into scalable solutions aligned with product roadmaps
• Develop documentation for data governance, workflows, risk tracking, and milestones
• Engage stakeholders to align on direction and surface risks early
• Track program health metrics and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and scale adoption
• Translate data ops insights into actionable recommendations for AI teams
• Adapt plans to shifting priorities and data availability constraints
