Job summary

Fisher Phillips, LLP is seeking a Manager, AI and Data Governance Operations to lead governance across Innovation, IT, Security, Privacy, and business owners. You will coordinate AI governance, data lifecycle standards, and controls, while ensuring compliance and timely remediation.

The role reports to the Director of Information Governance and emphasizes collaboration with GC, legal, and stakeholders to implement responsible AI and protect information assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of information governance, data governance, information protection, or related technology operations.
• Experience translating governance requirements into practical processes.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI services, connectors, agents, data flows, access models, and lifecycle risks.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional reviews and managing staff or operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI governance procedures and policy updates with functional owners and routing approvals.
• Coordinate reviews of AI tools, connectors, agents, integrations, and material changes; conduct IG assessments and consolidate findings.
• Engage stakeholders early to identify requirements and align review timelines with priorities.
• Document accountability and remediation owners with GC and specialists.
• Develop reusable review criteria with owners for timely assessments.
• Manage IG staff and perform assessments, evidence reviews, and issue resolution.
