Job summary

Morpheus Talent Solutions is seeking an Engagement Manager to own high-impact AI data generation projects in healthcare and clinical domains. You will serve as the day‑to‑day contact for customers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure high quality, speed and reliability.

You will manage a book of business across seniority levels, with opportunities for autonomy and greater commercial ownership as you progress.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years owning outcomes in human data operations or similar roles.
• Strong executor skilled in end-to-end project delivery.
• Experience managing relationships with demanding, technical customers.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in regulated environments.
• Clear, structured communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Independent with accountability and urgency.
• Healthcare or life sciences background not required; consulting backgrounds welcomed with data or tech exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships with foundation model companies, life sciences organizations and research labs.
• Own a book of business with accountability for revenue, margin, retention and expansion.
• Lead end-to-end creation and delivery of advanced AI model training datasets.
• Coordinate distributed teams of clinical and life sciences experts.
• Maintain high quality standards through guidelines and QA processes.
• Contribute to proposals, dataset development and benchmark creation.
• Improve operational systems to increase speed, quality and consistency.
• Senior level: own deal scoping, pricing, expansion planning and P&L for your book.
