Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in AI and data with progressive management responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI and data-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

• Oversee development and deployment of AI models and data architectures to enhance business processes and system performance.

• Promote innovation by contributing to intellectual property and advancing AI capabilities.
• Manage multiple AI and data teams led by lower-level Management.
• Develop and enforce AI and data governance standards aligned with objectives and compliance.
• Coach and mentor teammates to build AI expertise and foster a data-driven culture.
• Influence leadership decisions by providing actionable AI insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify real-world problems and apply AI for insights.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in AI and data with progressive management responsibilities.
• 3. Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI and data-driven solutions.
• 4. Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1. Master's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
• 2. Experience in the financial services industry.
• 3. Expertise in solution designs based upon business requirements.
• 4. Strong knowledge of unstructured data management, retention, and disposition tools and technologies.
• 5. Experience in building financial services strategies for managing the lifecycle of unstructured data for use with AI.
• 6. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data governance frameworks
• 7. Experience designing and implementing business and technical controls to mitigate data and AI risks within business processes.
