Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager – AI and Data Controls to drive complex technology projects in data risk management. You will combine coding, automation, and dashboarding with a strong foundation in AI/ML and data lifecycles.

You will collaborate across engineering, risk, and compliance to ensure initiatives align with regulatory standards while delivering measurable improvements in controls and data governance.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in program management concepts.
• 5+ years of applied program management experience.
• Experience with AI/ML risk and controls is a plus.
• Strong data analytics and dashboarding capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans integrating tech requirements, risk and controls.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks with contingency plans and robust AI/ML controls.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, risk, compliance, and business teams to define scope and deliverables.
• Utilize automation and advanced analytics to monitor performance, controls, and optimize.
• Design dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize risk metrics and automate reporting.
