Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an AI Tech Risk & Controls Lead to drive risk reduction across CFP Infrastructure Platforms. You will guide control design, partner with product and data teams, and ensure regulatory alignment while advancing risk analytics.

You will lead cross-functional teams to monitor, report, and improve technology risk posture, leveraging expertise in AI/ML, ITSM, and governance to protect critical production applications and services.

Formación

• 5+ years of technology risk management experience.
• Knowledge of AI/ML engineering principles.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in data security, risk assessment & reporting.
• Ability to influence executive-level decisions and translate tech insights into business strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure effective identification, quantification, communication, and management of technology risk with strong root-cause analysis and remediation guidance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technologists, assessment teams, data officers, and governance stakeholders to enable cross-functional progress.
• Execute governance and reporting of controls, policies, issues, and metrics to inform senior management.
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to strengthen risk posture and compliance.
• Prepare regular governance materials on the control environment state.
• Investigate metrics, triggers, and alerts indicating potential control issues and respond.
• Review standards against regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with bank stakeholders to support technology risk management processes across units.
