Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to guide enterprise IAM initiatives in a large organization. You will own end-to-end delivery, align programs with business goals, and lead cross-functional teams across Product, Delivery, Risk, and Compliance.

You will translate complex technical risk into clear business terms for senior leaders, drive governance, RAID, and readiness, and enable high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in large organizations.
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing vendors and budgets.
• Proven ability to translate program risks into business terms for executives.
• IAM program delivery experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with regulatory and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team IAM initiatives with clear scope, milestones, budgets, and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into product and engineering roadmaps; prioritize to deliver high-impact results.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Establish program governance and execution rigor (RAID, dependencies, steering forums, escalation, logs).
• Ensure IAM programs adhere to regulatory and policy standards via privacy-by-design and least-privilege.
• Apply technical depth to resolve trade-offs and de-risk delivery.
• Manage resources and vendor/partner performance; optimize capacity.
• Build stakeholder relationships and executive dashboards on roadmap progress and value realization.
• Lead organizational change management—readiness, training, adoption—and continuous improvement.
