Insight Global is seeking an AI Data Collection Team Lead to manage and mentor a 6-10 person field operations team responsible for capturing high-quality image and video data for AI systems. You will direct daily operations, ensure data meets project standards, and coordinate field coverage and training across multiple sites.

The role blends people leadership with hands-on field work, requiring strong coaching, organization, and communication skills, plus willingness to travel within the market

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams in field operations or distributed workforce environments.
• Experience coordinating schedules, workloads, and day-to-day team execution.
• Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work both in the field and in operational support capacities.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 6-10 AI Data Collection Specialists.
• Conduct daily quality reviews of collected image and video data.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to improve collection accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate collection locations, daily assignments, and field coverage plans.
• Manage team schedules, attendance, and daily operational readiness.
• Serve as the first point of contact for collection process and equipment issues.
• Escalate complex technical, operational, or quality concerns when necessary.
• Train, certify, and onboard new field operators.
• Ensure collection procedures and project guidelines are followed consistently.
• Monitor team performance metrics and report daily progress.
