We are seeking an AI Data Collection Team Lead to oversee a team of field operators responsible for collecting high-quality image and video data used to train computer vision, robotics, and artificial intelligence systems.

In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 6-10 AI Data Collection Specialists who travel to retail, commercial, and public locations to capture real-world objects using iPhones and mobile capture equipment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for daily operations, quality assurance, scheduling, training, and field support, ensuring collected data meets project standards and delivery goals.

This position combines people leadership, field operations, quality control, and technology enablement in support of cutting-edge AI development programs.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in field data collection, research operations, surveying, photography, videography, merchandising, or logistics
• Experience supporting AI, robotics, computer vision, mapping, or technology-focused programs
• Prior experience conducting training, certification, or train-the-trainer programs
• Experience managing quality assurance processes or operational performance metrics
