Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in data center or mission-critical facilities operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical distribution (UPS, generators, switchgear).
• Cooling systems experience (chillers, HVAC, CRAH/CRAC, liquid cooling exposure).
• Experience operating in high-availability environments with uptime requirements.
• Experience managing vendors, maintenance programs, and incident response.
