Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Data Center Manager for its Philadelphia site. This leader will be responsible for the reliability, safety, and performance of the data center operations, managing a team of Data Center Technicians, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in data center operations, leadership experience, and proficiency in Linux environments. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance and a competitive salary range of $115K to $275K OTE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations; 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, and data center infrastructure.
• Experience with power systems (UPS, backup), cooling, and physical infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day data center operations in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.
• Manage and develop a team of 15–20 Data Center Technicians.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and drive troubleshooting.
• Own incident management, including resolution and post-incident reviews.
