Nscale is seeking a Development Associate to support AI data center site development across the Americas. You will report to the Director, Data Center Development and collaborate with development managers to advance projects from site control through due diligence, entitlement, and FID.

You will run diligence workstreams, coordinate consultants, and build analyses and reports to keep a fast-moving portfolio on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Urban Planning, or related discipline.
• 1+ years of related experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, finance, or consulting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across concurrent projects.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with clear summaries.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter able to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsabilités

• Support development managers across origination through diligence and FID.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate day-to-day with external consultants and internal teams.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups to keep workstreams moving.
• Build and maintain dashboards and inputs to FID and capital approvals.
