Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Development Manager to lead end-to-end AI data center site development across the Americas, from site control to Final Investment Decision (FID). You will direct external consultants, mentor junior staff, and ensure schedules and budgets stay on track to deliver shovel-ready, powered sites.

You will manage diligence, entitlements, utility coordination, design, energy, and preconstruction workstreams, reporting to the Director, Data Center Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in data center, commercial real estate, or infrastructure development.
• Hands-on experience across development lifecycle: site control, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI data center development projects from site control through diligence and FID.
• Develop and maintain development plans, budgets, schedules, and risk tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Energy and Power, Design, Preconstruction, and Sales.
• Mentor associates and manage external consultants.
