Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
• Graduation date not later than Dec 2029.
• Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) required.
• Familiarity with ERP/BI tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• AP Hold Prevention & Audit: analyze historical AP hold data to identify root causes and design a proactive audit checklist.
• Supplier Promise Date Tracking: map vendor channels to improve real-time promise date visibility across open POs.
• Master & Open Order Data Health: audit and clean aging ERP data to improve MRP accuracy.
• Process Documentation: create SOPs for tracking methods and validation workflows.
