Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Program Manager III to support an AI Data Acquisition team in a fast-paced tech environment. You will manage multiple workstreams, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and handle sensitive partner documentation and NDAs. Strong organization and clear communication are essential.

The role emphasizes project tracking, reporting, onboarding external collaborators, and maintaining documentation for leadership review.

Qualifications

Experience with project tracking, reporting, documentation, and coordination.
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, dashboards, or project management tools.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional workstreams.
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information.
Experience tracking compliance-related documentation and operational processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and optimize project trackers to monitor deliverables, milestones, blockers, and action items.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates, drive follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Generate regular reports and maintain clear project documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
Support onboarding of external partners, researchers, and collaborators.
Track required documentation, including NDAs, compliance forms, and partner-related materials.
Manage NDA status, renewals, and follow-ups to ensure compliance with internal policies.
Proactively engage with internal and external partners to resolve blockers and escalate issues when needed.
